Developed the initial management plan including the organization structure, project budget, cost control and time scheduling systems before the hiring of staff and commencement of design.
Responsible for the project delivery process, procurement, cost control and scheduling on the $50 million exhibition design and construction program involving 4 multi-media theatres, an Imax theatre, four large exhibition halls, restaurants, and retail shops.
Negotiated the sale of all Canada Pavilion exhibitions, art, furniture and equipment. Managed the take-down of the Pavilion and the shipment of material in 20 moving trucks to national museums.
